Cardio Zone

Head upstairs to the Cardio Zone and get your heart rate up with a range of Technogym equipment. There are treadmills, cross trainers, and upright bikes, so you can mix things up and keep your workouts fresh. If you’re not sure where to start, our team are always close by and happy to help.

Strength Zone and Free Weights

If you're looking for a strength and free weights work out, we've got a good mix of machines and dumbbells up to 50kg. This makes it easy to work on strength or muscle tone at your own pace.

Functional Zone

The functional zone gives you space to move freely. It’s set up for bodyweight exercises, mobility work, and functional training. It’s a relaxed area that suits both beginners and regular gym-goers, so you can try new things and find what works for you.

Resistance Zone

Downstairs, the resistance zone includes plate-loaded and pin-loaded Technogym machines. These help you train all the main muscle groups in a simple, clear way. The equipment is easy to use and works well whether you’re just starting out or pushing your training a bit further.
